Thank you for your interest in recruiting at Wellesley College. Our Employer Engagement team in Career Education looks forward to working with you to create a customized recruiting plan, tailored to your company or organization's goals. This can include, but is not limited to, posting and promotion of employment and internship opportunities for students and alumnae, participation in industry-specific boutique career fairs, facilitation of recruiting events, and conducting student interviews.

Students at Wellesley College are a diverse group of intellectually curious undergraduates, steeped in a liberal arts curriculum, who can bring a multitude of strengths, skills, and unique abilities to your organization. Wellesley is a gender-inclusive women’s college with a population of roughly 2,500 students hailing from all 50 states and more than 80 countries. Our virtual Recruiting Weeks will allow employers to engage in enriching conversations with Wellesley students, while sharing relevant company information and highlighting specific roles and applications processes.
