Using analytics to inform decision-making.

The Office of Institutional Research strives to provide the College’s academic and administrative leadership with data and analysis to inform institutional planning and decision-making. We serve as the primary liaison to external organizations and accrediting agencies, and coordinate Wellesley’s assessment efforts.

We seek to encourage a participatory process of institutional planning and assessment, by working with faculty and staff and other constituencies to identify important and urgent research questions, conduct high-level analysis of pertinent data, and communicate research findings and actionable recommendations.
